American icon Benjamin Franklin was in Newburyport yesterday, and for 309 years old, he was looking spry.
The historical figure was “visiting” the city as part of a promotion of the Greater Newburyport Village. He is scheduled to perform tonight at 7 at the Firehouse Center for the Arts.
